I’m a professional with design background. Started designing websites then working with digital marketing. 

Since 2016, I started to work as a Servicenow developer, with focus on the Service Portal and the Now Mobile App. Also, I am a Certified System Administrator.

Azul Airlines - Azul Linhas Aéreas

Azul Airlines is one the most important airlines in Brazil.

This was my first project as a Servicenow Developer. Back then in 2016 the version was still on Helsinki and Azul Airlines adopted the CMS module on the Servicenow Platform.

On this project the pages layouts were provided by other professional. I built the pages, themes, styles and menus for this project. Following the guidelines determined by the designer and the analysts.

Multiplus - LATAM Pass

Multiplus became LATAM Pass, the loyalty program of Latam Airlines.

On this project, I had a bigger participation and it was my first project designing everything from scratch in the Service Portal module. According to Multiplus’s brand guidelines, I designed the layout for every page: home page, requests page, catalog category page, catalog item page and so on.

I built navigation prototypes with which the client’s team were able to approve the visual aspect of the Servicenow Service Portal as well as the navigation.

Once we got the Service Portal prototype approved, I built the pages, customized widgets, built new widgets, built the theme, built the css styles and dealt with the translations on the Servicenow Platform

Honda

Honda is a car manufacturer very strong in the brazillian market.

On this project, I designed the layouts of every page on the Servicenow Service Portal according to Honda’s brand guidelines. They also provided us with some stock images from their marketing team.

I built the navigation prototype in order to get the approval of the visual aspect of the Service Portal as well as the navigation. Once everything was approved I built the pages, the themes, customized widgets, built new widgets, built the css styles, handled the images, produced the icons for very catalog item and dealt with the translations.

Also in this case, I attended to the ITSM workshops mentioned on the Servicenow Implementation Methodology. Until then, my roles on Servicenow projects were basically as a web designer and from this point on, I started to get deeper into ITSM.

Those were the projects that introduced me into the Servicenow Platform as a Servicenow Developer. 

Since then I started working deeper into the ITSM module, Knowledge Management, Service Portal and Now Mobile. 

Leroy Merlin

Leroy Merlin is a french company with a very strong presence on the brazillian construction industry.

On this project, we had many User Experience workshops with the client’s team. Discussing what would be the best approach to the most important functions on the Servicenow Service Portal

As a result of those discussions, instead of designing the layout right after, I built a mockup of the Service Portal. We validated the main functions and informations and only then, I started with the visual part of the project.

In this case more than a brand guideline they also had a css matrix from which every HTML element on the Service Portal had to be built on.

Once everything was approved I built the pages, the themes, customized widgets, built new widgets, built the css styles, handled the images, produced the icons for very catalog item and dealt with the translations.

I work with this client until this day and we’ve made huge improvements over the years. My highlights would be:

  1. a kanban style page for the user (on the picture)
  2. specific page for mass approval of records
  3. Now Mobile with graphs
